what you will learn and PRACTICE

you will be using the same mission guides and self-assessment tools developed by Mr.Lichtenwalter that are now being used in the US Air Force Academy in the leadership department for Distance Learning at Air University at Maxwell Air force base.

Before you Arrive to the EDUCATION IMMERSION CENTER, DOWNLOAD THE MISSION GUIDE AND look over the assessment rubrics to understand what you should be looking to demonstrate during your star trek bridge CREW missionS.  the assessments are self-scored and you will assess both yourself and your crew mates across a wide range of criteria, so best to come with knowledge of these rubrics in advance.

Areas you will assess each other in include systems thinking, situational awareness, effective use of communication, the ability to reflect critically, compromise, interdependence, sharing responsibility, dealing with criticism, and developing new ideas and solutions, to name some of them.  Download the complete file below and come prepared!
